Windows Security is a built in antivirus program for Windows PC's that checks all the boxes . It is also completlely free and comes with every copy of Windows. below is a video on how to check on Windows Security settings and see if it has any reccomendations and steps to follow.

You need to type in and search for 'Windows Security' in your taskbar (the bottom bar on the screen with the search bar to the right of the maginfying glass).  It should pop up and then you will need to click on 'Windows Security' with the blue shield and then it will open and give you a multitude of options and possibly even some recomendations.  Do your best to try and follow the reccomendations, but if its not possible or you would need to spend money to become complaint, stay away for now as it's probably not worth it.  Your settings may be different than those in the video and that is fine.
